Comment: Disbursal of collection presents an opportunity to acquire production year 1943 Canadian-issued Longbranch fitted with flip-up Singer sight and also comes with factory-issued OD green canvas button-down muzzle cover. Original 5-groove barrel with great bore so appears to have had only minimal usage, if any. Metalwork finish in original condition, with only minor marks to timber as can be seen in ad pic - maybe possible to steam these out. Ideal for shooting military discipline comps and likely would also appeal to other collectors. Prices of the less common versions of the various #4 models in this condition have been appreciating steadily over the past few years as they become increasingly harder to find.
